Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Organizatinal Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di BNI Syariah Cabang Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BNI Syariah yang merupakan pegawai tetap bank tersebut. Subjek penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode (explanatory research) atau Uji Hipotesis. Teknik Pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan Kuesioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 33 karyawan dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS versi 2.0.M3. Analsis data ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Analisis Statistik Inferensial, Pengukuran Model (Outer Model), Model Struktural (Inner Model) dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifiikan antara OCB, Keceerdasan Emosional (EQ), Kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BNI Syariah Cabang Bandar Lampung, besar pengaruh tersebut adalah 84,243% sedangkann sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual, dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the implementation of Organizatinal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in BNI Syariah Branch of Bandar Lampung. The subjects were the employees of BNI Syariah as well as permanent employees of the bank. This research subjects obtained by using method (explanatory research) or Test of Hypothesis. The data collection technique used questionnaires, with 33 sampleS of the employees and data processing techniques used SmartPLS 2.0.M3. The analysis version of this data used descriptive analysis, Inferential Statistical Analysis, Measurement Model (Outer Model), Structural Model (Inner Model) and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the study results, it was indicated that there were significant impact between OCB, Emotional Intelligences (EQ), Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) on Employee Performance in BNI Syariah Branch Bandar Lampung, the major influence is 84.243% while the rest influenced other variables.
