Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah prokrastinasi akademik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social problem solving dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Bimbingan Konseling Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik dan social problem solving, dengan teknik analisis data korelasional product moment. Populasi pada penelitian ini bejumlah 161 dan sampel sebanyak 32 mahasiswa dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa social problem solving memberikan sumbangan sebesar 27,5% terhadap prorastinasi akademik, serta adanya korelasi dengan kategori sedang antara social problem solving dengan prokrastinasi akademik dengan nilai korelasi sebesar -0,525 > 0,349(rtabel), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang negatif atau tidak searah antara social problem solving dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Bimbingan Konseling Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa jika semakin tinggi social problem solving maka semakin rendah prokrastinasi akademik begitu pula sebaliknya jika semakin rendah sosial problem solving maka semakin tinggi prorastinasi akademik. Kata Kunci: social problem solving, prokrastinasi akademik, mahasiswa tingkat akhir. The problem in this research is high academic procrastination. This research aims to determine the relationship between social problem solving and academic procrastination in final year Counseling Guidance students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The data collection tool in this research uses a scale of academic procrastination and social problem solving, with correlational product moment data analysis techniques. The population in this study was 161 and a sample of 32 students was selected using random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that social problem solving contributes 27.5% to academic procrastination, and there is a correlation in the medium category between social problem solving and academic procrastination with a correlation value of -0.525 > 0.349 (rttable), which means there is a negative relationship or not in the same direction between social problem solving and academic procrastination in final year Counseling Guidance students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. This shows that the higher the social problem solving, the lower the academic procrastination and vice versa, the lower the social problem solving, the higher the academic procrastination.
