The tofu production process produces solid by products in the form of tofu pulp. Tofu pulp contains linoleic acid which has the potential as an emollient. Tofu dregs fat is extracted into tofu dregs oil as raw material for lip balm products. This study aims to determine the effect of tofu dregs oil concentration on the physical and sensory properties of lip balm and to obtain the concentration of tofu dregs oil that produces lip balm with the best physical and sensory properties. This research was organized in a Randomized Complete Group Design (RAKL) with 3 replicates. The single factor treatment was the addition of tofu dregs oil as much as 7 concentration levels, namely F1 8%, F2 12%, F3 16%, F4 20%, F5 24%, F6 28%, and F7 32%. The data obtained were tested for equality of variance with Bartlett's test and data multiplicity was tested with Tuckey's test. Data were analyzed using ANOVA to determine the effect of treatment. If there was a real effect, the data were analyzed with the Least Significant Difference (BNT) further test at the 5% level to determine the differences between treatments. The results showed that the concentration of tofu pulp oil had a very significant effect on texture, aroma, color and a significant effect on the overall acceptance of tofu pulp oil lip balm. All treatment preparations appeared homogeneous and stable in texture, color, and aroma at 28 days storage, the pH value met the SNI 16-4399-1996 standard regarding the quality requirements of lip balm with a pH range of 4.5-8 and did not cause irritation. The concentration of tofu dregs oil that produces lip balm with the best physical and sensory properties is F1 (8%) with pH 6.03, texture score 2.98 (slightly hard), aroma score 3.73 (not typical of tofu dregs oil), color score 3.80 (like), and overall acceptance score 3.80 (like). Ampas tahu mengandung asam linoleat yang berpotensi sebagai emolien. Lemak ampas tahu diekstrak menjadi minyak ampas tahu sebagai bahan baku produk pelembab bibir (lip balm). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi minyak ampas tahu terhadap sifat fisik dan sensori lip balm serta mendapatkan konsentrasi minyak ampas tahu yang menghasilkan lip balm dengan sifat fisik dan sensori terbaik. Penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan faktor tunggal adalah penambahan minyak ampas tahu sebanyak 7 taraf konsentrasi yaitu F1 8%, F2 12%, F3 16%, F4 20%, F5 24%, F6 28%, dan F7 32%. Data yang diperoleh diuji kesamaan ragamnya dengan uji Bartlett dan kemenambahan data diuji dengan uji Tuckey. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan. Apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata, data dianalisis dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5% untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi minyak ampas tahu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tekstur, aroma, warna, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap penerimaan keseluruhan lip balm minyak ampas tahu. Seluruh perlakuan sediaan tampak homogen dan stabil terhadap tekstur, warna, dan aroma pada penyimpanan 28 hari, nilai pH memenuhi standar SNI 16-4399-1996 mengenai syarat mutu pelembab bibir dengan rentang pH 4,5-8, dan tidak menimbulkan iritasi. Konsentrasi minyak ampas tahu yang menghasilkan lip balm dengan sifat fisik dan sensori terbaik adalah F1 (8%) dengan pH 6,03, skor tekstur 2,98 (agak keras), skor aroma 3,73 (tidak khas minyak ampas tahu), skor warna 3,80 (suka), dan skor penerimaan keseluruhan 3,80 (suka).
