Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan melihat Implementasi Az Zahra Conduct Management System dalam Meningkatkan Civic Disposition pada Peserta Didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMP Islam Azzahra Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yakni menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat implementasi antara Sistem Poin terhadap Civic Disposition sebesar 56,3% dengan indikator variabel independen (X) yaitu: penguatan dan hukuman. Kemudian dalam indikator variabel dependen (Y) yaitu: tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan menghargai pendapat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwasannya kombinasi antara pemahaman sistem poin yang tinggi dan civic disposition yang baik ditandai dari kurangnya tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh siswa, tentu akan membantu siswa untuk lebih disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan saling menghargai. Kata Kunci: menghargai keputusan, tanggung jawab, disiplin, civic disposition The purpose of conducting this research was to find out and see the Implementation of the Az Zahra Conduct Management System in Improving Civic Disposition in Students. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were students at Azzahra Islamic Middle School in Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple regression test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an implementation of the Point System for Civic Disposition of 56.3% with the independent variable indicator (X), namely: learning motivation, obeying rules, punishment. Then the dependent variable indicators (Y) are: responsibility, discipline, and respect for opinions. Based on the research results, it is known that the combination of a high understanding of the points system and a good civic disposition, characterized by a reduced level of violations committed by students, will certainly help students to be more disciplined, responsible and respectful of each other.
