Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembelajaran Blended Learning di Institut Teknologi Sumatera. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Data-data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Tahap analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pada dasarnya perencanaan pembelajaran Blended Learning di Institut Teknologi Sumatera sudah berjalan cukup efektif karena melalu proses pengarahan di awal semester oleh Rektor terkait aktivitas pembelajaran yang akan dilalui di semester tersebut, 2. Setelah melalui proses perencanaan, tahapan selanjutnya yaitu pengorganisasian dimana koordinasi dari berbagai stakeholder menjadi kunci agar seluruh kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, 3. Kemudian tahapan berikutnya yaitu pelaksanaan, dimana pada tahapan ini segala macam permasalahan muncul, baik kesalahan teknis maupun human error karena kendala di lapangan tentunya berbeda beda, seperti sinyal jaringan, kurangnya komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen, dosen yang kurang menguasai penggunaan alat Blended Learning, dan lainnya. 4.Tahapan terakhir adalah evaluasi dimana semua sivitas akademika diharapkan mampu berinovasi dalam rangka mengembangkan pembelajaran Blended Learning ini agar dapat terus digunakan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran, Blended Learning This study aims to describe the Blended Learning Management at the Sumatra Institute of Technology. The research method uses qualitative research, type and case study research design. The data were collected using interviews, observation, and document study. The data analysis phase includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that: 1. Basically the learning planning for Blended Learning at the Sumatra Institute of Technology has been running quite effectively because the Chancellor went through a briefing process at the beginning of the semester regarding the learning activities that will be carried out in that semester, 2. After going through the planning process, the next stage is organizing where the coordination of various stakeholders is the key so that all activities can run smoothly, 3. Then the next stage is implementation, where at this stage all kinds of problems arise, both technical errors and human errors because the constraints in the field are of course different, such as network signals , lack of communication between students and lecturers, lecturers who do not master the use of Blended Learning tools, and others. 4. The final stage is an evaluation in which all academicians are expected to be able to innovate in order to develop Blended Learning learning so that it can continue to be used to face the industrial revolution 4.0.
