Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Kerentanan ASN dalam politik praktis yang dipengaruhi oleh keterlibatan PNS dalam menyukseskan salah satu pasangan calon di iming-iming promosi jabatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mekanisme pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Bawaslu terhadap pelaksanaan netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam politik Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Terdapat masalah pada tahun 2018 hingga pada pilkada tahun 2020 dengan jumlah kasus yang sama yaitu temuan pelanggaran dengan jumlah tiga orang dari satu temuan laporan dugaan pelanggaran kode etik ASN pada pilkada, dengan jumlah tesebut sehingga pengawasan yang dilakukan Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Penindakan pelanggaran Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu berdasarakan data hasil rekap temuan laporan dugaan pelanggaran kode etik ASN pada pilkada Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu tahun 2020 dan hasil wawancara yang diberikan oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu terdapat satu laporan dugaan pelanggaran netralitas ASN yang diperoleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Komering dan sudah direkomendasikan ke KASN, dari satu laporan dugaan pelanggaran yang telah di balas oleh KASN dan sudah di tindak lanjuti oleh pihak Bawaslu Kabupaten Komering berupa Sanksi hukuman disiplin sedang dan pemanggilan serta peringatan tegas kepada aparatur sipil negara terkait. Hasil penelitian adalah implementasi makanisme penindakan pelanggaran Bawaslu Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu berdasarakan data hasil rekap temuan laporan dugaan pelanggaran kode etik ASN dalam pengawasan Bawaslu Kabupaten Komering dalam penyelenggaraan pilkada Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu tahun 2020 sudah maksimal dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap ASN pada pilkada tahun 2020 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, karena dapat dilihat dari jumlah kasus ketidak netralan ASN pada pilkada sebelumnya. The vulnerability of ASN in practical politics is influenced by the involvement of civil servants in the success of one candidate pair in the lure of promotion. The aim of the research is the monitoring mechanism carried out by Bawaslu regarding the implementation of neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the politics of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. There were problems from 2018 to the 2020 regional elections with the same number of cases, namely the discovery of violations with a total of theree people from one report finding alleged violations of the ASN code of ethics in the regional elections, with this number so that the supervision carried out by Bawaslu of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency has been carried out well. Action against violations by Bawaslu of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is based on data from the recapitulation of findings from reports of alleged violations of ASN's code of ethics in the 2020 regional elections of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and the results of interviews given by Bawaslu of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. There is one report of alleged violations of ASN neutrality obtained by Bawaslu of Komering Regency and It has been recommended to KASN, from one report of alleged violations that has been replied to by KASN and has been followed up by the Bawaslu of Komering Regency in the form of moderate disciplinary sanctions and summons and strict warnings to the relevant state civil servants. The results of the research are the implementation of mechanisms for taking action against Bawaslu violations in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency based on data from the recapitulation of the findings of reports of alleged violations of the ASN code of ethics in the supervision of the Bawaslu of Komering Regency in holding the 2020 Ogan Komering Ulu Regency regional elections, which has been maximal in carrying out supervision of ASN in the 2020 regional elections in the Regency. Ogan Komering Ulu, because it can be seen from the number of cases of nonneutrality of ASN in the previous regional elections. Keywords: State Civil Service Apparatus, Qualitative, Neutrality.
