Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk modul tematik berbasis model problem based learning yang layak dan efektif meningkatkan Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) Skills peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D), pengembangan dilakukan mengacu pada teori Borg and Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 3 tahapan. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Sumberejo. Subjek dalam penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji multivariat anova diperoleh nilai sig = 0.001 atau kurang dari α 0.05 pada variabel dependent berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif. dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil perhitungan uji efect size pada kemampuan berpikir kritis diperoleh Cohen d-effect size sebesar d= 1.521 dan pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif diperoleh Cohen d-effect size sebesar d= 2.015 keduanya menunjukkan efek yang kuat. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran tematik berbasis Problem Based Learning yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) Skills peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Berpikir Kritis dan Kreatif, Modul, PBL This research aims to produce a thematic module product based on a problem based learning model that is feasible and effective in improving students' Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) Skills. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D), development is carried out referring to the Borg and Gall theory which is simplified into 3 stages. The research sample was class V students at SD Negeri 2 Sumberejo. The subjects in the research were determined using a purposive sampling technique and 30 students were obtained. Data collection tools use valid and reliable test instruments. The data analysis technique used the multivariate ANOVA test to obtain a value of sig = 0.001 or less than α 0.05 for the dependent variable critical thinking and creative thinking. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of calculating the effect size test on critical thinking abilities obtained a Cohen d-effect size of d= 1.521 and on creative thinking abilities obtained a Cohen d-effect size of d= 2.015, both of which showed a strong effect. Based on this research, it was concluded that the thematic learning module based on Problem Based Learning that was developed was valid, practical and effective for improving the Critical and Creative Thinking (CCT) Skills of class V elementary school students.
