Salah satu hambatan terbesar dalam mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, yang terbagi dalam berbagai kategori, termasuk masalah kebutuhan dasar, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, pendidikan, serta lingkungan yang aman dan berkelanjutan, adalah kemiskinan. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) merupakan salah satu upaya kebijakan sosial yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka menanggulangi kemiskinan di Indonesia. Meskipun PKH telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Way Dadi selama 12 tahun terakhir, yakni dari tahun 2011, hingga saat ini, peserta program atau KPM PKH belum sepenuhnya tepat sasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kelurahan Way Dadi sudah efektif dalam mencapai hasil yang diinginkan atau tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi untuk analisis efektivitas program melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, efektivitas program menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekurangan dalam mengoptimalkan target peserta program dan sosialisasi program, sehingga pelaksanaan PKH di Kelurahan Way Dadi belum sepenuhnya efektif. Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, Efektivitas, dan PKH. One of the biggest barriers to attaining inclusive and sustainable community welfare, which is broken down into many categories, including issues of basic necessities, health and welfare, education, and a sustainable and safe environment, is poverty. The Family Hope Programme (PKH) is one of the social policy initiatives that the government has put into place as part of its attempts to combat poverty in Indonesia. Despite the fact that PKH has been implemented in Way Dadi Village for the past 12 years, from 2011 to the present, but program participants or KPM PKH have not been completely targeted. This study's goal is to determine whether Way Dadi Village's Family Hope Programme (PKH) is effective has attained the desired results or goals that have been set. This study employs a qualitative methodology using a descriptive research design. Researchers gather information for their analysis of the program's effectiveness through observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the research findings, the program's effectiveness demonstrates that there are inadequacies in optimising the target programme participants and programme socialisation, and that the implementation of PKH in Way Dadi Village has not been entirely successful.
