Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pengelolaan arsip yang baik sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan informasi agar tidak menghambat kegiatan operasional di PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pengelolaan Arsip pada bidang K3 & Keamanan PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Bandar Lampung, dalam metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa prosedur pengelolaan arsip di bagian K3 dan Keamanan meliputi tahap penciptaan, tahap penggunaan, tahap pemeliharaan, tahap penyimpanan dan tahap penyusutan arsip. Pada prosedur pengelolaan arsip K3 & Keamanan pada tahap penciptaan, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penentuan nasib akhir sudah dikatakan baik, namun pada tahap penyimpanan harus diperhatikan lagi karena masih terdapat kelalaian dari pihak pegawai yang terkadang dokumen masih menumpuk dan tidak segera disimpan di lemari arsip dan ditemukan juga arsip yang tidak berurutan sesuai dengan sistem penomoran pada arsip. Kata kunci: Penyimpanan, Penyusutan, Penemuan Arsip Kembali Good archive management is very important in providing information services so as not to hamper operational activities at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Records Management Procedure in the K3 & Security field of PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Bandar Lampung, in the research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results obtained from the research explain that the archive management procedures in the K3 and Security section include the creation stage, the use stage, the maintenance stage, the storage stage and the archive depreciation stage. In the K3 & Security archive management procedure at the stages of creation, use, maintenance, and final fate determination, it is said to be good, but at the storage stage it must be considered again because there is still negligence on the part of employees who sometimes documents still accumulate and are not immediately stored in file cabinets and archives are also found that are not in sequence according to the numbering system in the archive.
