Setiap daerah di Indonesia mempunyai potensi pariwisata yang dapat digali dan dikembangkan untuk rekreasi dan hiburan masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk wisata tersebut yaitu wisata edukasi Kopi yang berada di Kelurahan Sumber Agung. Namun kurangnya partisipatif masyarakat Sumber Agung khususnya Pokdarwis, minimnya komunikasi antara Pokdarwis dengan pihak pembina yaitu Polinela dan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bandar Lampung serta kurangnya pengetahuan dalam pelayanan obyek wisata menjadikan wisata edukasi Kopi perlu dikelola lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran dari yang dilakukan oleh aktor-aktor dalam pengelolaan wisata edukasi Kopi dalam perspektif community organizing. Fokus penelitian ini adalah aspek-aspek community organizing diantaranya adalah integrasi, pemetaan isu, permasalahan dan potensi masyarakat, merancang tindakan bersama, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi, refleksi dan feedback. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa community organizing yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan pengertian, peran dan pelaksanaannya dan telah sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan serta telah memenuhi perspektif community organizing. Kata Kunci: Community Organizing, Wisata Edukasi Every region in Indonesia has tourism potential that can be explored and developed for community recreation and entertainment. One form of tourism is educational coffee tourism in Sumber Agung Village. However, the lack of participation of the Sumber Agung community, especially Pokdarwis, the lack of communication between Pokdarwis and the supervisors, namely Polinela and the Bandar Lampung City Tourism Office, and the lack of knowledge in tourist services make educational tourism Coffee needs to be managed further. This research aims to get an overview of what is done by the actors in the management of Kopi educational tourism in the perspective of community organizing. The focus of this research is the aspects of community organizing including integration, mapping issues, problems and community potential, designing joint actions, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reflection and feedback. The results of this study indicate that community organizing carried out in its implementation has been in accordance with the definition, role and implementation and has been in accordance with the objectives set and has fulfilled the community organizing perspective.
