This research aims to analyze the performance of the production facilities procurement subsystem, the performance and income of the coffee farming subsystem, the performance and added value of coffee processing subsystem, the performance, channels, and marketing margins of marketing subsystem , the performance of the coffee supporting service subsystem, and the performance of the agribusiness system at Produsen Srikandi Maju Bersama Cooperative. The data were collected on Januari 2022. The research method used was a case study and the selection of research sites was carried out purposively. Respondents in this research consisted of 71 coffee farmers who were members of the PSMB Cooperative, 5 cooperative managemet as wholesaler, and 3 reatilers who were selected by snowball sampling method. The results showed that the performance of the subsystem of the procurement of production facilities was good with 74,88 percent of the agribusiness index and was in accordance with the 6T criteria, except for the right price on fertilizers and pesticides. The performance of the farming subsystem was good with 84,22 percent of the agribusiness index, coffee farming wasfeasible and profitable with 6,49 of R/C score for cash costs, and 3,28 of R/Cscore for total costs. The performance of the processing subsystem was good with 87,5 percent of the agribusiness index and the processing of coffee was feasible because the added value was bigger than 0, is premium ground coffee with 33,07 percent of value added ratio, pelangi ground coffee 43,23%, and campuran ground coffee 45,31 percent. The performance of the marketing subsystem was not good with 25 percent of the agribusiness index, there were 2 coffee marketing channels. The performance of the supporting service subsystem has been running well with 88,50 percent of the agribusiness index. The performance of the coffee agribusiness system as a whole was good with the agribusiness index of 79,68 percent. Key Words : agribusiness system performance, coffee, cooperative Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja subsistem pengadaan sarana produksi, kinerja dan pendapatan usahatani kopi, kinerja dan nilai tambah subsistem pengolahan kopi, kinerja, saluran, dan marjin subsistem pemasaran kopi, kinerja subsistem jasa layanan penunjang, dan kinerja sistem agribisnis secara keseluruhan pada Koperasi Produsen Srikandi Maju Bersama (PSMB). Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dan pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja). Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 71 petani kopi anggota Koperasi PSMB dengan 15 orang petani kopi petik merah dan 56 orang petani petik campuran, 5 Pengurus Koperasi PSMB sebagai pengolah, dan 3 pedagang yang dipilih dengan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja subsistem pengadaan sarana sudah baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 74,88 persen dan telah sesuai berdasarkan kriteria 6 tepat, kecuali tepat harga pada penyediaan pupuk dan pestisida. Kinerja subsistem usahatani sudah baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 84,22 persen, usahatani kopi layak dan menguntungkan dengan R/C atas biaya tunai sebesar 6,49, dan R/C atas biaya total sebesar 3,28. Kinerja subsistem pengolahan sudah baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 87,5 persen dan pengolahan kopi bubuk layak dilakukan karena NT (Nilai Tambah) > 0, yaitu kopi bubuk premium dengan rasio nilai tambah 53,95 persen, kopi bubuk pelangi 43,23 persen, dan kopi bubuk campuran 45,31 persen. Kinerja subsistem pemasaran belum baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 25 persen, terdapat dua saluran pemasaran kopi bubuk pada Koperasi PSMB, yaitu (I) petani-koperasipedagang- konsumen, dan (II) petani-koperasi-konsumen. Kinerja subsistem jasa layanan penunjang berjalan dengan baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 88,50 persen. Kinerja sistem agribisnis kopi secara keseluruhan baik dengan indeks agribisnis sebesar 79,68 persen . Kata Kunci : kinerja sistem agribisnis , kopi, koperasi
