Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kesesuaian lokasi SMA sederajat di Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan dengan rencana tata ruang wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2011-2030. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Objek Penelitian ini yaitu zona pendidikan berdasarkan rencana tata ruang wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2011-2030. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis dalam penelitian adalah overlay peta dengan menggunakan teknik matching. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui Tingkat kesesuaian lokasi SMA sederajat dengan zona pendidikan di Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan rencana tata ruang wilayah tahun 2011-2030 hanya terdapat 24 sekolah yang sesuai dari jumlah sekolah sebanyak 126 sekolah jenjang SMA sederajat yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Faktor yang menyebabkan banyaknya lokasi SMA sederajat yang tidak berada pada zonasi pendidikan adalah kondisi kependudukan yang meliputi sebaran dan kepadatan penduduk sebagai pertimbangan dalam pembangunan lokasi sekolah. This study aims to investigate the conformity of location of Senior High School in Bandar Lampung City based on the spatial plan of Bandar Lampung City for 2011-2030 period. The study used descriptive research method. The objects of this research were education zones based on the spatial plan of Bandar Lampung City for 2011-2030 period. To collect the data, the researcher used documentation and observation techniques, while to analyze the data, the researcher administered map overlay that utilized matching technique. The result showed that there were only 24 of 126 Senior High Schools in Bandar Lampung City in conform with the spatial plan for 2011-2030 period. The cause of this problem was demographic conditionas the consideration to build up the schools, that included the spread of population and population density.
