Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Bendungan Way Sekampung merupakan bagian dari pembangunan infrastruktur sumber daya air yang termasuk dalam proyek strategis nasional. Bertipe urugan batu dengan inti tegak di tengah. Pembangunan bendungan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu persiapan pembangunan, perencanaan pembangunan, pelaksanaan konstruksi dan pengisian awal (impounding). Impounding merupakan tahapan yang dilakukan setelah pekerjaan konstruksi selesai dan merupakan saat-saat yang kritis yang harus dilalui dalam suatu pembangunan bendungan. Tubuh bendungan dapat mengalami tekanan dari beban sendiri maupun tekanan air saat proses pengisian air waduk. Tekanan gaya tersebut mengakibatkan tubuh bendungan akan mengalami deformasi baik deformasi vertikal maupun horisontal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh impounding terhadap perilaku deformasi Bendungan Way Sekampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan interpretasi data pembacaan patok geser dan inklinometer dan menghitung deformasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum impounding, deformasi pada patok geser di zona puncak, hulu, dan hilir bendungan cenderung mengarah ke abutmen kiri dan hilir. Saat impounding, di zona puncak pergeseran cenderung ke abutmen kiri dan hulu, di zona hulu ke abutmen kiri dan hilir, dan di zona hilir ke abutmen kiri dan hilir. Setelah impounding, deformasi di zona puncak mengarah ke abutmen kanan dan hulu, di zona hulu ke abutmen kiri dan hilir, sedangkan di zona hilir pergeseran tidak signifikan. Settlement meningkat dari fase sebelum impounding hingga paska impounding, dengan nilaisettlement terbesar 36 mm di puncak (CP4), 55 mm di zona hulu (SP6) dan 14 mm di zona hilir (SP10). Berdasarkan kriteria penerimaan deformasi dari ICOLD, Sowers, Clement, Sherard dan Departemen PU, perilaku deformasi Bendungan Way Sekampung memenuhi kriteria penerimaan deformasi. Kata kunci: Bendungan, Way Sekampung, Impounding, Deformasi. iv iv ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF INITIAL RESERVOIR FILLING (IMPOUNDING) ON THE DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF WAY SEKAMPUNG DAM BASED ON GEOTECHNICAL INSTRUMENTATION By: S U N A N T O Way Sekampung Dam is part of the water resource infrastructure development included in the national strategic project. It is a rockfill type dam with a vertical core in the center. The construction of this dam consists of several stages: preparation for construction, construction planning, construction execution, and impounding. Impounding is a stage that is carried out after the construction work is completed and is a critical phase that must be passed in the construction of a dam. During the water reservoir filling process, the dam body can experience pressure from its own load as well as from water pressure. These pressure forces cause the dam body to undergo deformation, both vertical and horizontal. This study aims to analyze the impact of impounding on the deformation behavior of the Way Sekampung Dam. The research method used involves interpreting data from survey point and inclinometers and calculating the deformation. The analysis results show that before impounding, deformation in the survey point in the crest zone, upstream, and downstream of the dam tends to move towards the left abutment and downstream. During impounding, in the crest zone, the displacement tends to the left abutment and upstream; in the upstream zone, it moves towards the left abutment and downstream; and in the downstream zone, it moves towards the left abutment and downstream. After impounding, deformation in the crest zone moves towards the right abutment and upstream, in the upstream zone towards the left abutment and downstream, while in the downstream zone the displacement is insignificant. Settlement increased from the pre- impounding phase to the post-impounding phase, with the largest settlement values being 36 mm at the crest (CP4), 55 mm in the upstream zone (SP6) and 14 mm in the downstream zone (SP10). Based on the deformation acceptance criteria from ICOLD, Sowers, Clement, Sherard and Departemen PU, the deformation behavior of the Way Sekampung Dam is meet the acceptance criteria of deformation.
