Agroindustri harus diperhatian khusus dari pemerintah, karena perannya menjadi penyangga ekonomi rakyat kecil. Agroindustri terbukti mampu memberikan dampak ekonomi secara langsung terhadap kehidupan masyarakat. Sektor industri pengolahan merupakan salah satu penyumbang dalam memantapkan perekonomian. Salah satunya pengolahan agroindustri rengginang, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengadaan bahan baku, keuntungan dan nilai tambah produk rengginang, bauran pemasaran, dan peranan jasa layanan pendukung agroindustri rengginang. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Penentuan informan yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses pengadaan bahan baku Pesawaran sebagian sudah memenuhi komponen enam tepat karena ketersediaan bahan baku yang menunjang proses produksi rengginang. (2) Keuntungan pada Agroindustri Rengginang Cumbuy adalah Rp2.172.295,14 per produksi, dan nilai.tambah menghasilkan NT>0 dan nilai tambah positif. (3) Bauran pemasaran berdasarkan perspektif pemilik agroindustri sudah memenuhi komponen 4P, yaitu product, price, place dan promotion, namun kegiatan promosi masih menggunakan personal. (4) Jasa layanan penunjang yang tersedia di sekitar agroindustri rengginang sebagian besar sudah dimanfaatkan oleh agroindustri dengan baik karena memberikan peran yang positif bagi kelancaran kegiatan pada agroindustri rengginang di Desa Wiyono Kecamatan Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran. FIQRI APANDI M The agro-industry requires special attention from the government because of its role as a support for the small-scale economy. The agro-industry has been proven to have a direct economic impact on the lives of the community. The processing industry sector is one of the contributors to stabilizing the economy. One such industry is the rengginang agro-industry. The aim of this research is to analyze the procurement of raw materials, profits and added value of rengginang products, marketing mix, and the role of supporting services for the rengginang agro- industry. This research is a case study using a descriptive approach. The determination of informants often used in qualitative research is purposive sampling. The results of the study show that (1) The raw material procurement process in Pesawaran mostly meets the six right components due to the availability of raw materials that support the rengginang production process. (2) The profit in the Cumbuy Rengginang Agro-industry is IDR 2.172.295,14 per production, and added value generates NT>0 and positive added value. (3) The marketing mix from the perspective of the agro-industry owner has met the 4P components, namely product, price, place, and promotion, although promotional activities still use personal methods. (4) The supporting services available around the rengginang agro-industry have mostly been well utilized by the agro-industry as they provide a positive role in the smooth running of activities in the rengginang agro-industry in Wiyono Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency.
