Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh prosedur pelaksanaan dan penyusunan perencanaan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkungan pemerintah Provinsi Lampung belum efektif dan efisien karena dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Analisis Jabatan (SIMANJA) dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan aplikasi SIMANJA di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Lampung. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisa data menggunakan model penilaian kesuksesan sistem informasi milik DeLone dan McLean (2003) yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, niat untuk menggunakan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi SIMANJA di BKD Provinsi Lampung sudah efektif, memenuhi unsur kemudahan dan kenyamanan menggunakan, informasi yang diberikan akurat, stabilitas sistem yang baik, frekuensi error yang kecil, serta manajemen pengawasan dan penyimpanan data arsip yang efektif dalam pelaksanaan perencanaan ASN di lingkungan pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Adanya aplikasi SIMANJA juga memberikan manfaat peningkatan produktivitas organisasi dan penghematan biaya. Saran dari peneliti adalah peningkatan sistem aplikasi SIMANJA dengan memanfaatkan service worker dan cache bertujuan agar aplikasi dapat digunakan dalam mode offline atau saat komputer tidak terhubung dengan internet, menetapkan standar kompetensi yang diperlukan sebagai operator, melakukan survei kepuasan pengguna yang menggunakan data statistik terhadap untuk melihat progresif perkembangan aplikasi SIMANJA, Biro organisasi sekretariat daerah Provinsi Lampung perlu menekankan kembali terkait waktu yang diberikan untuk pelaksanaan penyusunan analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, SIMANJA, Analisis Jabatan ABSTRACT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE JOB ANALYSIS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN PLANNING THE STATE CIVIL APPARATUS IN THE GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENT OF LAMPUNG PROVINCE (STUDY ON REGIONAL PERSONNEL AGENCY OF LAMPUNG PROVINCE) By Muhammad Iqbal This research is motivated by the fact that procedures for implementing and preparing planning for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Lampung Province government are not yet effective and efficient because they are done manually. This research uses a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Job Analysis Management Information System Application (SIMANJA) and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for using the SIMANJA application in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Lampung Province. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data using DeLone and McLean's (2003) information system success assessment model, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This research shows that the SIMANJA application in BKD Lampung Province is effective, fulfills the elements of ease and comfort of use, the information provided is accurate, good system stability, frequency error small ones, as well as effective management of supervision and archival data storage in the implementation of ASN planning within the Lampung Provincial government. The SIMANJA application also provides the benefits of increasing organizational productivity and cost savings. The researcher's suggestion is to improve the SIMANJA application system by utilizing it service worker and cache The aim is that the application can be used in mode offline or when the computer is not connected to the internet, determine the competency standards required as an operator, conduct a user satisfaction survey using statistical data to see the progressive development of the SIMANJA application, the Lampung Province regional secretariat organization bureau needs to re-emphasize the time given for the preparation of the job analysis and workload analysis.
