Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. (2) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara pemberian reward terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. (3) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar terhadap pemberian reward peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih (4) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi belajar dengan pemberian reward bersamasama terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex-post facto korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih, yang berjumlah 97 orang. dan sampel sampel penelitian sebanyak 54. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu propornionate stratified random sampling karena pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak dengan memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Data dikumpulkan dengan pemberian angket motivasi belajar dan pemberian reward. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara antara motivasi belajar dengan pemberian reward bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas tinggi SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Kata Kunci: hasil, motivasi, reward The problem in this research are the low mathematics learning outcomes of high class students at SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. (3) analyze and describe the significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and giving rewards to high class students at SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih (4) analyze and describe the significant and positive relationship between learning motivation and giving rewards together with participants' learning outcomes high class students at SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih. The type of research used in this research are quantitative research. The research method used are ex-post facto correlation. The population in this study were high class students at SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih, totaling 97 people. and the research sample was 54. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling because the sampling of sample members from the population was carried out randomly taking into account the strata in the population. Data was collected by administering a learning motivation questionnaire and providing rewards. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and giving rewards together on the learning outcomes of high class students at SD Negeri 1 Cempaka Putih for the 2023/2024 academic year.
