Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah disparitas pendapatan merupakan salah satu permasalahan ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia khususnya wilayah Sumatera. Disparitas pendapatan adalah keadaan tidak meratanya distribusi pendapatan antara kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan tinggi dan kelompok masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah yang menimbulkan jurang atau gap kesenjangan yang diikuti dengan tidak meratanya pembangunan ekonomi di setiap wilayah. Permasalahan disparitas pendapatan melihat dari sudut pandang persebaran kemerataan distribusi pendapatan setiap kelompok Masyarakat yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan indeks Williamson sebagai alat ukur disparitas pendapatan, jurang perbedaan tersebut setidaknya tidak memiliki gap yang begitu jauh agar perekonomian sumatera khususnya dapat berkembang menyeluruh. Pada penelitian ini digunakan data 10 Provinsi yang ada di pulau Sumatera periode tahun 2017 – 2021 untuk melihat determinan disparitas pendapatan di pulau sumatera. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Produk domestik regional bruto berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap angka disparitas pendapatan 10 provinsi di pulau sumatera, 2) Tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap angka disparitas pendapatan 10 provinsi di pulau sumatera, 3) Densitas penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap angka disparitas pendapatan 10 provinsi di pulau sumatera, 4) Jumlah penduduk miskin tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap angka disparitas pendapatan 10 provinsi di pulau sumatera. Kata Kunci : Disparitas pendapatan, PDRB, Tingkat pengangguran terbuka, Densitas penduduk, Jumlah penduduk miskin. ABSTRACT One of Indonesia's economic issues, particularly in the Sumatra region, is the issue of income inequality. An uneven distribution of income between groups of people with high incomes and groups of people with low incomes is known as income disparity. This leads to gaps in income and uneven economic development in each region. Since the Williamson index is used in this study to measure income disparity, the issue of income disparity is viewed from the perspective of each community group's even distribution of income. At the very least, the gap between these differences is not large enough to prevent Sumatra's economy from growing as a whole. This investigation made use of information from 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra for the period 2017 – 2021 to see the determinants of income disparity on the island of Sumatra. This study shows that 1) Gross regional domestic product has a negative and significant effect on income disparity figures for 10 provinces on Sumatra Island, 2) The open unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on income disparity figures for 10 provinces on Sumatra Island, 3) Population density has a positive effect and significant to the income disparity figures of the 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra, 4) The number of poor people has no significant effect on the income disparity figures of the 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra.
