Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 370 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5-6 tahun. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 93 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5-6 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pola asuh demokratis dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000, karena nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Maka diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,781 dengan tingkat hubungan yang erat yang berarti bahwa pola asuh demokratis memiliki hubungan dengan kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kata kunci : anak usia dini, kemandirian anak, pola asuh demokratis ABSTRACT CORRELATION OF DEMOCRATIC PARENTING STYLES TO EARLY CHILD’S AUTONOMY 5-6 YEARS OLD By PRATIWI OKTA GOUNAWAN This study aims to determine the relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of children aged 5-6 years. Correlational methods are used in this study's quantitative methodology. In this study, 370 parents with kids between the ages of 5 and 6 made up the population. In this study, 93 parents of children between the ages of 5 and 6 made up the research sample, which was selected at random. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This study's data analysis method used a correlation test with the Spearman Rank formula. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between democratic parenting and the independence of children aged 5-6 years. This is proven by the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000, because the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05. So a correlation coefficient value of 0.781 was obtained with a close relationship, which means that democratic parenting has a relationship with the independence of children aged 5-6 years.
