Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan investasi usaha yang berada pada Kecamatan Braja Selebah Lampung Timur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yang dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kelayakan investasi dari segi finansial dengan metode analisis kriteria kelayakan usaha. Analisis kriteria kelayakan usaha dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu Break Event Point (BEP), Return of Investment (ROI), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Net Present Value (NVP), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa usaha industri mebel di Kecamatan Braja Selebah layak untuk dikembangkan. Dengan perolehan nilai B/C Ratio sebesar 1,12, ROI sebesar 12,61%, BEP dari segi kuantitas sebesar 531, dan BEP dari segi harga Rp 1.403.778/unit. Nilai NVP sebesar Rp 73.065.902, Net B/C sebesar 3,3, Gross B/C sebesar 1,1, IRR sebesar 30,57%, dan Payback Period sebesar18,78. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha industri mebel di Kecamatan Braja Selebah layak dikembangkan dan diinvestasikan. Kata Kunci : aspek finansial, kelayakan investasi, industri mebel Investment Feasibility Analysis of Furniture Industry In The Braja Selebah Subdistrict East Lampung By LELY AYU PUTRI MAHMUDAH This research aims to determine the feasibility of business investment in Braja Selebah District, East Lampung. This research used data analysis carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative data analysis is used to measure the feasibility of investment from a financial perspective using the business feasibility criteria analysis method. Analysis of business feasibility criteria is carried out using several methods, namely Break Event Point (BEP), Return of Investment (ROI), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Net Present Value (NVP), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C ) ), Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C Gross), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). The results of this research indicate that the furniture industry business in Braja Selebah District is worthy of development. With a B/C ratio of 1.12, ROI is 12.61%, BEP in terms of quantity is 531, and BEP in terms of price is IDR 1,403,778/unit. The NVP value is IDR 73,065,902, Net B/C is 3.3, Gross B/C is 1.1, IRR is 30.57%, and Payback Period is 18.78.
