Manajemen aset adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan suatu organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan nilai aset demi mencapai tujuan organisasi. Satuan kerja Penanggulangan Kecelakaan dan Kebakaran (PK&K) PT Bukit Asam merupakan unit organisasi perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab atas manajemen Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) milik PT Bukit Asam. Saat ini, proses manajemen masih menggunakan sistem semi-computerized yang dinilai kurang efektif karena tidak memaksimalkan proses analisis data dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi manajemen APAR berbasis web menggunakan metode prototype. Tujuan lainnya adalah mengukur kualitas sistem untuk menentukan apakah sistem yang dikembangkan adalah solusi yang efektif. Pengukuran kualitas melibatkan pengujian dan penilaian sistem. Pengujian melibatkan metode Black Box dengan teknik Decission Table Testing, System Usability Scale, dan pengukuran performa dengan alat Google Lightouse. Penilaian melibatkan kuesioner kepada anggota satuan kerja terhadap media sebelumnya dan setelah penggunaan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen APAR berhasil dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, dan Node.js) serta metode prototype dengan dua kali iterasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengeksekusi seluruh kombinasi pengujian black box, mendapat skor 74.46 pada pengujian System Usability Scale, dan skor performa 73.8 dengan alat Google Ligthouse. Selain itu, penilaian dari satuan kerja menunjukkan peningkatan setelah penggunaan sistem dibandingkan dengan media sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi manajemen APAR yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi media yang efektif bagi satuan kerja dan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan sistem yang lebih baik. The Fire and Accident Prevention unit of PT Bukit Asam is the organizational unit responsible for managing the company's fire extinguishers. Currently, the management process is still using a semi-computerized system, which is considered ineffective as it does not maximize data analysis and communication processes. This research aims to design a web-based fire extinguisher management information system using the prototype method. Another goal is to measure the quality of the system to determine if the developed system is an effective solution. Quality measurement involves testing and system evaluation. Testing involves the Black Box method with Decision Table Testing technique, System Usability Scale, and performance measurement using Google Lighthouse tool. Evaluation involves questionnaires to unit members regarding the previous media and after using the system. The research results show that the fire extinguisher management information system has been successfully developed using PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, and Node.js) technologies and the prototype method with two iterations. The test results show that the system can execute all black box testing combinations, score 74.46 on the System Usability Scale test, and 73.8 performance score with Google Lighthouse tool. In addition, the evaluation from the unit members shows improvement after using this system compared to the previous media. Thus, the developed fire extinguisher management information system can be an effective tool for the unit members and can be used as a reference for the development of better systems.
