Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, beban kerja, dan sanksi terhadap kinerja driver ojek online (studi pada driver Gojek di Bandar Lampung). Jenis penelitian ini explanatory research dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah driver ojek online pada Gojek di Bandar Lampung. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjulah 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purpossive sampling. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS 27.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial insentif, beban kerja, dan sanksi berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja driver ojek online pada Gojek di Bandar Lampung. Kemudian secara simultan insentif, beban kerja, dan sanksi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadp kinerja driver ojek online pada Gojek di Bandar Lampung, artinya apabila insentif, beban kerja, dan sanksi meningkat maka kinerja driver akan meningkat. Kata Kunci : Insentif, Beban Kerja, Sanksi, Kinerja This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, workload, and sanctions on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers (a study of Gojek drivers in Bandar Lampung). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative research methods. The population in this study is online motorcycle taxi drivers at Gojek in Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study is 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 27.0. The results of this study indicate that partially incentives, workload, and sanctions have a positive and significant effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers at Gojek in Bandar Lampung. Then simultaneously incentives, workload, and sanctions have a positive and significant effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers at Gojek in Bandar Lampung, meaning that if incentives, workload, and sanctions increase, driver performance will increase.
