Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengamati peran guru dalam pembelajaran tari Lampung pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian yaitu wakil kepala bagian kurikulum, guru seni tari dan para peserta didik kelas XI 1 – XI 6 di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung yang merupakan seluruh subjek dari penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dimulai dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Uno&Lametenggo mengenai 6 aspek peran guru. Hasil dari penelitian ini melihat peran guru dalam pembelajaran tari Lampung pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan ke-6 aspek peran guru, hanya ada 5 peran yang telah dilaksanakan guru selama 4 pertemuan. Mengikuti capaian pembelajaran unit 1- 4 buku panduan guru di Kurikulum Merdeka. Bahwa peran guru lebih dominan guru sebagai pendidik dan peran yang lainya hanya mengimbangi serta melengkapi saja. Pembelajaran tari mengacu pada penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka materinya berupa tari Lampung dan proses ujianya berupa video yang di unggah di channel youtube. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Tari Lampung, Kurikulum Merdeka The research was conducted to observe the role of teachers in learning Lampung dance in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in the research were the deputy head of the curriculum department, the dance teacher and students in classes XI 1 – XI 6 at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung who were all the subjects of the research. Data collection techniques begin with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used goes through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research refers to Uno&Lametenggo's theory regarding 6 aspects of the teacher's role. The results of this research look at the role of teachers in learning Lampung dance in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung. Based on the 6 aspects of the teacher's role, there are only 5 roles that the teacher has implemented during the 4 meetings. Follow the learning outcomes of units 1-4 of the teacher's guidebook in the Independent Curriculum. That the teacher's role is more dominant as an educator and the other roles only balance and complement it. Dance learning refers to the application of the Merdeka Curriculum, the material is Lampung dance and the exam process is in the form of videos uploaded to the YouTube channel.
