Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Pelaksanaan adalah proses, cara, perbuatan melaksanakan suatu rancangan, keputusan dan sebagainya. Salah satunya pelaksanaan nikah cerai dan rujuk memiliki beragam tata cara, Seperti di Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Pelaksanaan ini diwajibkan bagi Pegawai Negeri Pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2010 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Tata Cara Pengajuan Perkawinan Perceraian dan Rujuk bagi Pegawai Negeri pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Namun tidak semua Pegawai Negeri pada Polri yang telah menlakukan pengajuan pasti mendapatkan keputusan yang memberikan izin. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu pertama, bagaimanakah pelaksanaan nikah cerai rujuk bagi pegawai negeri pada Kepolisian Negara Indonesia dan kedua, Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan nikah cerai rujuk bagi pegawai negeri pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan secara normatif dan empiris. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara di Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Kepolisian Daerah Lampung. Selain itu, studi data penelitian juga dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan memperoleh informasi yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan nikah cerai rujuk bagi Pegawai Negeri Pada Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan norma hukum dan norma etika di Indonesia. Kepolisian memberikan wadah yang mendukung anggota dalam mengajukan permohonan izin seperti bimbingan pra nikah, cerai dan rujuk. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang ada yaitu Masih adanya anggota yang melaksanakan nikah, cerai dan rujuk tetapi tidak mengajukan permohonan izin terlebih dahulu pada Satkernya Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Izin, Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Implementation is the process, method, act of carrying out of plan, decision and so on. One of them is that the implementation of divorce and reconciliation has various procedures, such As in the Indonesian National Police. This implementation is mandatory for Civil Servant in the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia. Regulation of the chief of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 2010 as amended by Regulation of the Chief of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning Procedures for Filing Marriage for Divorce and Reconciliation for Civil Servants at the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia. However, not all civil servants at the National Police who have submitted applications will definitely receive a decision granting permission. The formulation of the problem in this research is first, how is the implementation of divorce and reconciliation marriages for civil servant in the Indonesia National Police and second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of divorce and reconciliation marriages for civil servants in the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia. This thesis is research conducted normatively and empirically. Research data was collected through interviews at the Lampung Regional Police Human Resources Bureau. Apart from that, research data was also collected through literature study to obtain comprehensive information. The result of the research show that the implementation divorce and reconciliation for civil servants in the Indonesian National Police is in accordance with legal norms and ethical norms in Indonesia. The Police provide a platform that supports members in applying for permits such as pre-marital guidance, divorce and reconciliation. Meanwhile, the existing inhibiting factor is that there are still members who carry out marriage, divorce and reconciliation but do not apply for permission first from their satker.
