Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh kemampuan berpikir spasial terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada materi pemetaan kelas X di SMAN 2 Kotabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Kotabumi adalah 288 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebesar 25% atau 72 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi lininer sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara kemampuan berpikir spasial terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada materi pemetaan kelas X SMAN 2 Kotabumi dengan nilai Sig. 0,000<0,05 dan nilai ttabel 1,994<thitung 4,891. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan kuat antara kemampuan berpikir spasial terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada materi pemetaan di kelas X SMAN 2 Kotabumi dengan kategori kuat dan memberi pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar geografi pada materi pemetaan kelas X SMAN 2 Kotabumi sebesar 43,1%. Kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir spasial, pemetaan, hasil belajar The aim of this research is to measure the scope of the influence of spatial thinking skills on geography learning outcomes in class X mapping material at SMAN 2 Kotabumi. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational. The population of class X students at SMAN 2 Kotabumi is 288 students. The sample in this study was determined at 25% or 72 students. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence between spatial thinking skills on geography learning outcomes in class X mapping material at SMAN 2 Kotabumi with the Sig. 0.000<0.05 and ttable 1.994<tcount 4.891. There is a positive and strong influence between spatial thinking skills on geography learning outcomes in mapping material in class X SMAN 2 Kotabumi with a strong category and an influence on geography learning outcomes in class X mapping material at SMAN 2 Kotabumi by 43.1%..
