Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah intensitas penggunaan instagram siswa yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi untuk mereduksi intensitas penggunaan instagram pada siswa SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pre Eksperiment dengan Pretest and Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 18. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawanvcara dan dokumentasi berupa lama penggunaan instagram masing-masing siswa setiap harinya selama 1 minggu sebelum dan sesudah pemberian layanan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, diperoleh hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikasi (p) sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dapat mereduksi intensitas penggunaan instagram pada siswa kelas XII SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi, intensitas, instagram. The problem in the research is the high intensity of students' use of Instagram. This research aims to determine the use of discussion technique group guidance services to reduce the intensity of Instagram use among students at SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is quantitative and the method used in this research is the Pre Experiment method with Pretest and Posttest Design. The research subjects were 18. The data collection technique used interviews and documentation in the form of how long each student used Instagram every day for 1 week before and after the service was provided. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, the research results showed a significance value (p) of 0.002 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of the research is that discussion technique group guidance services can reduce the intensity of Instagram use among class XII students at SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year.
