Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). Pemeriksaan yang digunakan untuk menegakkan diagnosis TB yaitu pemeriksaan sputum BTA dan pemeriksaan GeneXpert. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara hasil sputum bakteri tahan asam dengan hasil resistensi rifampisin pada alat GeneXpert di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung Tahun 2021-2023. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Menggunakan data sekunder rekam medis pasien tuberkulosis di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung periode tahun 2021-2023 dengan melihat kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi terutama hasil pada pemeriksaan sputum BTA dan GeneXpert. Dengan total 117 sampel diambil melalui metode total sampling dan dilanjutkan analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini ditemukan adanya hubungan antara hasil pemeriksaan sputum BTA dengan dengan hasil resistensi rifampisin dengan menggunakan alat GeneXpert pada pasien tuberkulosis di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2021-2023. Dengan nilai p value = 0,001 dan OR= 0,248. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara hasil pemeriksaan sputum BTA dengan dengan hasil resistensi rifampisin dengan menggunakan alat GeneXpert pada pasien tuberkulosis di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2021-2023. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, GeneXpert, BTA, resisten rifampisin Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). This study aims to analyze the relationship between the results of acid-resistant bacterial sputum and the results of rifampicin resistance in the GeneXpert device at DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung in 2021-2023. Methods: This study used observational analysis with a cross sectional design. Using secondary data on the medical records of tuberculosis patients at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital Bandar Lampung for the 2021-2023 period by looking at inclusion and exclusion criteria, especially the results of AFB and GeneXpert sputum examinations. A total of 117 samples were taken through the total sampling method and continued to be analyzed using the Chi Square test. Results: In this study, it was found that there was a relationship between the results of AFB sputum examination and the results of rifampicin resistance using the GeneXpert tool in tuberculosis patients at DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Bandar Lampung in 2021-2023. With p value = 0.001 and OR = 0.248.
