Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung adalah instansi yang mengelola berbagai layanan untuk masyarakat Bandar Lampung, dimana telah menyediakan gedung parkir khusus untuk karyawan dan pengunjung, namun masih ada yang parkir di pelataran gedung kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kapasitas gedung parkir dan memprediksi kecukupannya dalam lima tahun ke depan. Pengamatan dilakukan pada 28 Maret 2024 pukul 07.00-16.00 WIB. Hasilnya menunjukkan akumulasi maksimum mobil sebanyak 186 kendaraan (indeks parkir 78,81%) dan motor 122 kendaraan (indeks parkir 71,76%). Volume parkir dan PTO untuk mobil adalah 418 kendaraan dan 2 kend/hari/petak, serta untuk motor 289 kendaraan dan 2 kend/hari/petak. Kapasitas gedung parkir untuk mobil adalah 885 kendaraan dan motor 765 kendaraan, dengan rata-rata parkir mobil 144 menit dan motor 120 menit. Pengguna merasa nyaman menggunakan gedung parkir. Prediksi lima tahun ke depan menunjukkan kapasitas gedung parkir masih cukup untuk menampung kendaraan. Kesimpulannya, gedung parkir Kantor Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung memadai untuk kebutuhan saat ini dan lima tahun mendatang. The Bandar Lampung City Government Office is an agency that manages various services for the people of Bandar Lampung, which has provided a special parking building for employees and visitors, but there are still people who park in the office building yard. This research aims to evaluate the capacity of parking buildings and predict their adequacy in the next five years. Observations were carried out on March 28 2024 at 07.00-16.00 WIB. The results show a maximum accumulation of 186 cars (parking index 78.81%) and 122 motorbikes (parking index 71.76%). Parking volume and PTO for cars is 418 vehicles and 2 vehicles/day/lot, and for motorbikes 289 vehicles and 2 vehicles/day/lot. The parking building capacity for cars is 885 vehicles and 765 motorbikes, with an average car park of 144 minutes and motorbikes 120 minutes. Users feel comfortable using the parking building. Predictions for the next five years show that the parking building capacity will still be sufficient to accommodate vehicles. In conclusion, the parking building for the Bandar Lampung City Government Office is adequate for current needs and the next five years.
