Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Latar Belakang : Dermatitis atopik merupakan peradangan kulit kronis berulang yang disertai rasa gatal pada area tertentu. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi fisik dan emosional penderita, sehingga menurunkan kualitas hidup dan menjadi masalah kesehatan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, dan riwayat atopi dengan kejadian dermatitis atopik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Data yang diambil adalah data rekam medis pasien dermatitis atopik dan non-dermatitis atopik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moelek periode Januari 2022 – Juli 2024 dengan besar sampel 82 pasien. Hasil : Uji chi square hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, dan riwayat atopi dengan kejadian dermatitis atopik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek adalah p=0,233; p=0,529; p=0,032. Simpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara riwayat atopi dengan kejadian dermatitis atopik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dan jenis kelamin dengan kejadian dermatitis atopik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Kata Kunci : Dermatitis atopik, inflamasi, kulit. Background: Atopic dermatitis is a recurrent chronic skin inflammation accompanied by itching in specific areas. This condition can affect the physical and emotional wellbeing of patients, thereby reducing their quality of life and becoming a global health concern. This study aims to examine the relationship between age, gender, and history of atopy with the incidence of atopic dermatitis at Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital (RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek). Methods: This research design is cross-sectional. The data were collected from the medical records of patients with atopic dermatitis and non-atopic dermatitis at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek from January 2022 – July 2024, with a total sample 82 patients. Results: Chi-square test results for the relationship between age, gender, and history of atopy with the incidence of atopic dermatitis at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek were p=0.233; p=0.529; and p=0.032. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the history of atopy and the incidence of atopic dermatitis at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. However, no significant relationship was found between age and gender with the incidence of atopic dermatitis at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Keywords: Atopic dermatitis, inflammation, skin.
