Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dana IPO, reputasi underwriter dan reputasi auditor terhadap underpricing dari perusahaan yang IPO tahun 2015-2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan banyaknya sampel sebanyak 322 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dana IPO dan reputasi underwriter berpengaruh terhadap underpricing. Reputasi auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap underpricing. Investor dapat mempertimbangkan faktor dana IPO dan reputasi underwriter jika investor ingin membeli perusahaan yang IPO dimasa yang akan datang. Kata kunci: Dana IPO, Reputasi Underwriter, Reputasi Auditor, dan Underpricing. This research examines the influence of IPO funds, underwriter reputation, and auditor reputation on the underpricing of campanies that IPO in 2015-2022. Sampling used purposive sampling with a total sample of 322 companies. The research results show that IPO funds and underwriter reputation influence underpricing. The auditor’s reputation has no effect on underpricing. Investors can consider the IPO funding factor and the underwriter’s reputation if investors want to buy a company what will IPO in the future.
