Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memiliki penerimaan diri yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara body image dengan penerimaan diri pada mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yaitu korelasi. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 116 mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling Universitas Lampung. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji analisis chi-square bantuan SPSS versi 24.0 for windows. Hasil tersebut terlihat dari tingkat body image berada pada tingkat tinggi dengan presentase sebesar 80.2% setara dengan 93 mahasiswa. Sedangkan tingkat penerimaan diri dengan presentase sebesar 48.3% atau setara dengan 56 mahasiswa. Sedangkan, hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara body image dengan penerimaan diri pada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling Universitas Lampung dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,00 (p < 0,05). Semakin tinggi body image maka semakin tinggi penerimaan diri yang dimiliki mahasiswa, sebaliknya semakin rendah body image maka semakin rendah penerimaan diri yang dimiliki mahasiswa Kata kunci: Body image, bimbingan dan konseling, penerimaan diri iii ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BODY IMAGE AND SELF- ACCEPTANCE IN FKIP UNIVERSITY OF LAMPUNG GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING STUDENTS By UTARI NINGSIH The problem in this study is that students have low self-acceptance. This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self-acceptance in Guidance and Counseling students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The type of research approach is correlation. The determination of the sample in this study uses the accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 116 students of the University of Lampung's counseling guidance study program. The data analysis used was a chi- square analysis with the help of SPSS version 24.0 for windows. The results can be seen from the high level of body image with a percentage of 80.2%, equivalent to 93 students. Meanwhile, the self-acceptance rate with a percentage of 48.3% or equivalent to 56 students. Meanwhile, the results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between body image and self-acceptance in guidance and counseling students of the University of Lampung with a significance value of p = 0.00 (p < 0.05). The higher of the body image is the higher of self-acceptance that students have, on the contrary, the lower of the body image is the lower of self-acceptance that students have.
