Hak memilih merupakan hak politik dan menjadi hak konstitusional warga negara. Pelaksanaan atas hak memilih warga negara memiliki kaitan yang erat dengan proses pemilihan umum sebagai perwujudan dalam pelaksanaan hak memilih bagi warga negara. Hak memilih menjadi penting dalam pemenuhannya sebagai hak konstitusional tentunya dapat menandakan pelaksanaan pemilu yang demokratis. Pelaksanaan atas pemenuhan hak memilih tentunya harus didasarkan atas regulasi yang berfokus pada hak asasi manusia sehingga tidak menyebabkan adanya suatu pelanggaran ataupun adanya kerugian bagi warga negara sebagai dasar hukum ketentuan hak memilih warga negara. Tentunya penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yudiris dan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statue approach) serta pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach) yang membahas ketentuan regulasi hak politik warga negara dalam hal hak memilih warganegara berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 serta pemenuhan hak memilih warganegara dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024. Kata Kunci : Hak Memilih, Warga Negara, Pemilihan Umum The right to vote is a political right and a constitutional right of citizen. The exercise of citizen right to vote is closely linked to the electoral process, as a manifestation of the implementation of voting right for citizen. The fulfillment of the right to vote as a constitutional right is important, as it indicates a democratic election process. The fulfillment of voting right must be based on regulations focused on human rights, to avoid any violations or harm to citizen, which could undermine the legal basis of the right to vote. This study is a normative juridical research that employs a statute approach and a conceptual approach, discussing the regulatory provisions on citizen political rights, particularly in terms of their voting right as stated in the 1945 Constitution, as well as the fulfillment of citizen right to vote in the 2024 General Election.
