Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belanja pegawai, belanja barang jasa, belanja modal dan jumlah penduduk terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) di Wilayah Sumatera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementrian Keuangan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-views 10. Hasil analisis regresi pada penelitian ini menggunakan model terpilih yaitu Random Effect Model (REM) menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu belanja pegawai dan belanja barang dan jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PDRB. Sedangkan belanja modal dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PDRB di Wilayah Sumatera. Kata Kunci: Belanja Pegawai, Belanja Barang Jasa, Belanja Modal, Jumlah Penduduk, PDRB This research aims to to determine the influence of employee expenditure, goods and services expenditure, capital expenditure and population on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Sumatra. The research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance. The analytical tool used is panel data multiple regression analysis, utilizing the E-Views 10 application. The results of the regression analysis in this study, using the selected model which is the Random Effect Model (REM), show that the independent variables, namely employee ecpenditure and goods services expenditure, have a positive and significant effect on GRDP. Meanwhile, capital expenditure and population has a positive but not significant effect on GRDP in Sumatra.
