Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja infrastruktur jalan, indeks kemahalan konstruksi, dan kepadatan penduduk terhadap kemantapan jalan provinsi di Indonesia. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pandemi covid- 19 sebagai variabel dummy yang menjadi fenomena di dunia sebab dampaknya terhadap sektor luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder pada 29 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2017-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan metode analisis terdiri dari pemilihan kesesuaian model, pengujian asumsi klasik, model regresi data panel, pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja infrastruktur jalan dan indeks kemahalan konstruksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemantapan jalan provinsi, namun memiliki arah yang sama terhadap hipotesis penelitian. Sementara, kepadatan penduduk dan dummy pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemantapan jalan provinsi. Kata Kunci: Kemantapan Jalan Provinsi, Belanja Infrastruktur Jalan, Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi, Kepadatan Penduduk, Pandemi Covid-19 This study aims to analyze the effect of road infrastructure spending, construction cost index, and population density on the stability of provincial roads in Indonesia. In addition, this study uses the covid-19 pandemic as a dummy variable which is a worldwide phenomenon because of its impact on the broad sector. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with secondary data sources in 29 provinces in Indonesia during the 2017-2022 period. This research uses panel data regression analysis with the analysis method consisting of model suitability selection, classical assumption testing, panel data regression model, hypothesis testing with t test and F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that road infrastructure spending and the construction cost index had no effect on the stability of provincial roads, but had the same direction on the research hypothesis. Meanwhile, population density and covid-19 pandemic dummy have a positive and significant effect on provincial road stability.
