Abstract

Adanya industri di suatu wilayah maka akan menimbulkan banyak pengaruh bagi masyarakat sekitar baik pengaruh negatif maupun positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kawasan industri terhadap perkembangan sosial ekonomi di Lingkungan II Kelurahan Way Lunik Kecamatan Panjang, Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian survei menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif inferensial. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kawasan industri (X) dan sosial ekonomi (Y). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kawasan industri yang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 4,707 > 1,247 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari alpha 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh keberadaan kawasan industri terhadap sosial ekonomi di Lingkungan II Kelurahan Way Lunik Kecamatan Panjang. Kata Kunci: Kawasan Industri, Sosial Ekonomi. The presence of industry in an area will have many influences on the surrounding community, both negative and positive. This research aims to analyze the influence of industrial areas on socio-economic development in Environment II, Way Lunik Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. survey research method with an inferential quantitative approach. The variables used in this research are the industrial area (X0 and socio-economic (Y). The results of the research show that the industrial area variable has a positive and significant effect on socio-economic conditions as evidenced by the calculated t value which is greater than the t table, namely 4.707 > 1.247 and a significance value of 0.000, where this value is less than alpha 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the existence of industrial areas on the socio-economy in Environment II, Way Lunik Village, Panjang District. Keywords : Industrial Area, Socio-Economic.
