Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
ABSTRAK INDONESIA Berdasarakan Perda Kabupaten Lampung Utara No 8 tahun 2007 tentang pembentukan 29 desa di Kabupaten Lampung Utara, salah satu yang menjadi desa pemekaran adalah desa Kembang Gading. Sebagai sebuah desa yang mengalami pemekaran, masyarakat seharusnya bersemangat untuk melakukan perbaikan terhadap desanya, salah satunya dengan tingginya partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, berdasarkan hasil pra riset partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembangunan masih rendah. Kemudian, didukung dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya partisipasi terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Dari hasil penenlitian sejenis, dapat dirumuskan hipotesis yang menyatakan rendahnya partisipasi faktor internal disebabkan oleh pendidikan yang rendah dan eksternalnya disebabkan oleh kepala desa yang non aktif. Sehingga tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji hipotesis tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe ekpsplanasi dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif melalui bantuan program spss v17. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat wajib hadir musrenbang dengan sampel 56 orang yang diberikan pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuisioner yang dibagikan acak terhadap sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Skala Likert, Chi Square dan tabel distribusi frekuensi dengan bantuan program SPSS v17. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat desa Kembang Gading cukup tinggi. Hal ini karena adanya faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi masyarakat berasal dari rendahnya pendidikan masyarakatnya kemudian faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi berasal dari mobilisasi kepala desa. Rendahnya pendidikan masyarakat, membuat masyarakat mudah dimobilisasi partisipasinya. So, the purpose of research is to test the hypothesis. A method of this research using eksplanasi with approach quantitative research through program assistance spss v17. The population in this research is the community is oblyed to present the sample with 56 people given the question in the form of kuisioner distributed randomly on the sample. Data analysis in this research using data analysis likert scale, chi square and table frequency distribution with program spss v17. Based of the results of research that the level of participation of the village community is quite high. It is because the intenal and external factors. The internal factor affecting the public derived from the loe level of education and external factor that affects derive from mobilizaton of the village head.
