Abstract
Untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan akibat krisis ekonomi, pemerintah kemudian menetapkan upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan, salah satunya dengan program Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah dana bergulir PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan terhadap tingkat pendapatan anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) di Bandar Lampung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dalam hal ini data berupa jawaban pada kuesioner penelitian yang diberikan kepada Anggota KSM berupa jumlah dana bergulir dan tingkat pendapatan anggota KSM. Sampel adalah seluruh anggota KSM yang ada di Bandar Lampung dengan KSM sebanyak 30 KSM sebanyak 148 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji R-square (R2), uji Parsial Uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dana begulir (X) terhadap terhadap tingkat pendapatan anggota kelompok swadaya masyarakat (KSM). Nilai R square sebesar 0,849 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh antara dana begulir (X), terhadap tingkat pendapatan anggota kelompok swadaya masyarakat (KSM) sebesar 84,9%. Kata Kunci : Dana bergulir, Tingkat Pendapatan anggota KSM To reduce poverty due to the economic crisis, the government then set the alleviation of poverty, one of the programs of the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri Urban). This study aims to determine the effect the amount of the revolving fund PNPM-Mandiri Urban on income members of Self-Help Groups (KSM) in Bandar Lampung. The data used in this study are primary data, in this case the data in the form of answers to the questionnaire given to study the form of the number of KSM Members revolving funds and income level KSM members. The samples were all members of KSM in Bandar Lampung with KSM KSM 30 148 people. Data analysis was performed using the R-square test (R2), Partial Test-t test. The results obtained from this study there was a positive and significant effect of revolving fund (X) to the level of income of members of self-help groups (KSM). Rated R square of 0.849 indicates that the influence of the revolving fund (X), the level of income of members of self-help groups (KSM) was 84.9%.
