Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh GCG, ESG, financial strength, dan operational efficiency terhadap financial performance. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 76 sampel perusahaan dengan waktu pengamatan selama tahun 2016- 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel GCG, ESG, dan financial strength berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap financial performance. Variabel operational efficiency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial performance. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel GCG, ESG, financial strength, dan operational efficiency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial performance. Kata Kunci: GCG, ESG, Financial Strength, Operational Efficiency, dan FinaThis research aims to determine the influence of GCG,ESG, financial strength, and operational efficiency on financial performance. The type of research used is assosiative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method and obtained 76 company samples with an observation period of 2016-2022. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using E-Views 12. The results of this research show that partially the variables GCG, ESG, and financial strength have no significant effect on financial performance. The operational efficiency variable has a significant effect on financial performance. The results of this research simultaneously show that the variables GCG, ESG, financial strength, and operational efficiency have a significant effect on financial performance.
