Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa dampak dari lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Siger Jaya Abadi Tbk. di Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 151 karyawan PT. Siger Jaya Abadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, yang memastikan bahwa setiap anggota sampel memiliki peluang yang sama untuk terpilih. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t melalui analisis regresi sederhana untuk menilai pengaruh parsial, serta uji F melalui analisis regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh simultan. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Siger Jaya Abadi Tbk. di Lampung Selatan. Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan. This research aims to examine the impact of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Siger Jaya Abadi Tbk. in South Lampung. The research employs a descriptive verifiable method using an ex post facto approach and survey methodology. The population of this study consists of 151 employees of PT. Siger Jaya Abadi. The sampling technique utilized is simple random sampling, ensuring that each member of the sample has an equal opportunity to be selected. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the t-test through simple regression analysis to assess the partial effects, as well as the F-test through multiple regression analysis to evaluate the simultaneous effects. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing indicate that all independent variables significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Siger Jaya Abadi Tbk. in South Lampung.
