Telah direalisasikan aplikasi metode four point probe sebagai sensor alat ukur kadar pati singkong yang bertujuan memperoleh hubungan antara tegangan keluaran dan merancang sistem akuisisi data kadar pati singkong dengan metode four point probe menggunakan arduino. Aplikasi alat ukur kadar pati singkong ini dilakukan pada singkong jenis Thailand dengan menggunakan metode four point probe untuk mengukur tegangan keluaran singkong dan metode spesific gravity sebagai standar utama perbandingan untuk menentukan nilai kadar pati singkong. Pada pengukuran kadar pati singkong diperoleh range tegangan keluaran sebesar 2,00 V – 4,24 V untuk hasil pengukuran singkong umur 5 – 8 bulan dengan kandungan kadar pati singkong paling rendah sebesar 19,32 % dan paling tinggi sebesar 36,69 %. Hasil antara tegangan keluaran sensor four point probe dengan nilai kadar pati singkong (spesific gravity ) memperoleh hubungan yang linier terhadap nilai kadar pati singkong sehingga diperoleh persamaan V =3,.8587 KP + 19.7250 dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,90 %. Kata kunci : four point probe, kadar pati, singkong, spesific gravity, tegangan. The application of the four point probe method as a sensor for measuring cassava starch content has been realized which aims to obtain the relationship between output voltage and design a data acquisition system for cassava starch content with the four point probe method using Arduino. The application of this cassava starch content measuring tool was carried out on Thai cassava using the four point probe method to measure the output voltage of cassava and the specific gravity method as the main standard of comparison to determine the value of cassava starch content. In measuring cassava starch content, an output voltage range of 2.00 V - 4.24 V was obtained for the measurement results of cassava aged 5 - 8 months with the lowest cassava starch content of 19.32% and the highest of 36.69%. The results between the output voltage of the four point probe sensor and the cassava starch content (specific gravity) obtained a linear relationship to the cassava starch content value so that the equation V = 3.8587 KP + 19.7250 was obtained with a correlation value of 0.90 %.
