ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the importance and performance levels of the attributes of the Rice Farming Insurance (AUTP) in South Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, and to analyze the farmers' satisfaction with these attributes. A survey method was used with 60 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a population of 5,779 rice farmers participating in AUTP. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the satisfaction level was moderate, with a CSI of 54.30%. Most farmers felt quite satisfied, especially with the role of stakeholders such as farmer groups, agricultural extension workers, pest observers, UPTD, the Department of Agriculture, and Jasindo, which received the highest ratings among the 28 evaluated attributes. Based on the IPA analysis, the AUTP attributes were divided into four quadrants. Quadrant I includes important but unsatisfactory attributes, such as the risks covered, claim submission processes, and response to complaints, which need immediate improvement. Quadrant II includes highly important and satisfactory attributes, such as the role of the Department of Agriculture and information dissemination, which should be maintained. Quadrant III includes less important and less satisfactory attributes, such as the distance to company offices and the knowledge of officers. Quadrant IV includes attributes like officer attitudes and claim requirements, which are very satisfactory but less important, indicating the potential for excessive resource allocation. These results provide guidance for continuous improvement of the AUTP program to enhance its effectiveness and sustainability in South Lampung Regency. Keywords: satisfaction, AUTP, farmers, rice paddy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja atribut Asuransi Usahatani Padi (AUTP) di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung, serta menganalisis kepuasan petani terhadap atribut-atribut tersebut. Metode survei digunakan dengan 60 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dari populasi 5.779 petani padi peserta AUTP. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan berada pada tingkat sedang dengan CSI sebesar 54,30%. Mayoritas petani merasa cukup puas, terutama terhadap peran stakeholder seperti Poktan, PPL, POPT, UPTD, Dinas Pertanian, dan Jasindo, yang mendapat penilaian tertinggi di antara 28 atribut yang dievaluasi. Berdasarkan analisis IPA, atribut- atribut AUTP terbagi dalam empat kuadran. Kuadran I mencakup atribut penting namun belum memuaskan, seperti risiko yang ditanggung, proses pengajuan klaim, dan respon terhadap keluhan, yang perlu segera diperbaiki. Kuadran II mencakup atribut yang sangat penting dan memuaskan, seperti peran Dinas Pertanian dan sosialisasi informasi, yang harus dipertahankan. Kuadran III mencakup atribut kurang penting dan kurang memuaskan, seperti jarak kantor perusahaan dan wawasan petugas. Kuadran IV mencakup atribut seperti sikap petugas dan persyaratan klaim yang sangat memuaskan namun kurang penting, menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan alokasi sumber daya yang berlebihan. Hasil ini memberikan panduan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam program AUTP guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
