ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the productivity of casual daily labor at PT Indo Prima Beef in 2023 and the factors that influence it. This research was conducted using the census method at PT Indo Prima Beef, Adirejo Village, Terbanggi Besar District, Central Lampung Regency. Data were collected from February to March 2024. The number of respondents was 43 casual daily workers. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the productivity formula and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the productivity of casual daily labor of PT Indo Prima Beef in 2023 was 0.15545 kilograms per hour of male equivalent work and included the category of high productivity level. Factors that significantly affect the productivity of casual daily laborers of PT Indo Prima Beef are age, education, income (salary and incentives) and length of service, while nutritional status, motivation, and ethnicity have no significant effect. Keywords: casual labor, livestock subsector, productivity 3 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas tenaga kerja harian lepas di PT Indo Prima Beef tahun 2023 serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sensus di PT Indo Prima Beef, Desa Adirejo, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Maret 2024. Jumlah responden tenaga kerja harian lepas sebanyak 43 orang. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus produktivitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja harian lepas PT Indo Prima Beef tahun 2023 adalah sebesar 0,15545 kilogram per jam kerja setara pria dan termasuk kategori tingkat produktivitas tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang nyata (signifikan) mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja harian lepas PT Indo Prima Beef adalah umur, pendidikan, penghasilan (gaji dan insentif) dan masa kerja, sedangkan status gizi, motivasi, dan suku tidak nyata (signifikan) berpengaruh.
