ABSTRAK Media pembelajaran merupakan alat atau sarana penting yang digunakan oleh guru untuk bertujuan mempermudah dalam penyampaian materi dan menerima pesan materi yang disampaikan. Untuk itu sangat perlu diterapkan media pembelajaran yang relevan dengan proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah berupa Leaflet berbasis QR Code pada materi peran para tokoh proklamasi untuk peserta didik Kelas XI. 1 di SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Penerapan), Evaluation (Evaluasi). Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan validasi ahli media mendapatkan persentase nilai 97% termasuk kategori sangat valid, validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase nilai 90% termasuk kategori sangat valid, validasi ahli praktisi pembelajaran (guru sejarah) mendapatkan persentase nilai 100% termasuk kategori sangat valid. Pada hasil penilaian respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran diperoleh nilai persentase ≥85% sehingga termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran sejarah berupa Leaflet berbasis QR Code sangat valid atau sangat baik dan layak digunakan menjadi media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Leaflet, QR Code, Media Pembelajaran ABSTRACT Learning media is an important tool or means used by teachers to make it easier to deliver material and receive the message of the material conveyed. For this reason, it is very necessary to apply learning media that are relevant to the learning process. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of developing history learning media in the form of QR Code-based leaflets on the role of proclamation figures for Class XI.1 students at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. This research is a research and development (R&D) development. This research uses the ADDIE development model through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study are based on the validation of media experts who get a percentage of 97% of the score including the very valid category, the validation of material experts who get a percentage of 90% of the score including the very valid category, the validation of learning practitioner experts (history teachers) who get a percentage of 100% including the very valid category. In the results of the assessment of student responses to learning media, a percentage score of ≥85% was obtained so that it was included in the very good category. This shows that history learning media in the form of QR Codebased leaflets is very valid or very good and is suitable to be used as a learning medium. Key words: Leaflet, QR Code, Learning Media
