Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Salah satu kebutuhan pokok masyarakat Indonesia khususnya dalam berkendara adalah pembuatan dan perpanjangan Surat Izin Mengemudi. Warga yang alamat Kartu Tanda Penduduk lamanya tidak sesuai dengan tempat tinggalnya sekarang kini dapat memperbarui Surat Izin Mengemudi dengan menggunakan layanan Surat Izin Mengemudi online yang disediakan oleh Polres Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Masyarakat bisa melakukan penerbitan atau perpanjangan Surat Izin Mengemudi di Polres terdekat. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam proses penerbitan dan perpanjangan Surat Izin Mengemudi online. Pihak Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Surat Izin Mengemudi Polres Lampung Tengah telah menyediakan dan memfasilitasi sarana dan prasarana Surat Izin Mengemudi online kepada masyarakat. Para pihak Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Surat Izin Mengemudi juga memiliki aplikasi dan sistem yang lengkap serta siap mendukung layanan Surat Izin Mengemudi online. Pihak Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Surat Izin Mengemudi juga bekerja sama dengan penyedia layanan penerbitan Surat Izin Mengemudi untuk menstabilkan koneksi jaringan guna meningkatkan komunikasi. Namun, adanya masalah restrukturisasi dan masalah jaringan atau konektivitas masih ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi layanan penerbitan Surat Izin Mengemudi online pada Kantor Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Lampung Tengah serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelayanan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tergolong dalam tipe jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan Surat Izin Mengemudi online pada Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Surat Izin Mengemudi Polres Lampung Tengah sudah mendapat respon positif dari seluruh masyarakat dan telah efektif selam Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Lampung Tengah serta mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelayanan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan tergolong dalam tipe jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan Surat Izin Mengemudi online pada Satuan Penyelenggara Administrasi Surat Izin Mengemudi Polres Lampung Tengah sudah mendapat respon positif dari seluruh masyarakat dan telah efektif selama pengoperasiannya. Residents whose old ID Card address does not match their current residence can now renew their Driving License using the online Driving License service provided by the Central Lampung Regency Police. The public can issue or extend a driving license at the nearest police station. There are many factors that encourage and hinder the process of issuing and renewing an online driving license. The Central Lampung Police Driving License Administration Unit has provided and facilitated online driving license facilities and infrastructure for the public. The Driving License Administration Organizing Unit also has complete applications and systems and is ready to support online Driving License services. The Driving License Administration Organizing Unit is also working with driving license issuance service providers to stabilize network connections to improve communication. However, restructuring problems and network or connectivity problems still exist. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the online driving license issuance service at the Central Lampung Police Traffic Unit Office and find out what factors influence this service. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and is classified as a type of research using an empirical normative approach. The results of this research show that the online driving license service at the Central Lampung Police Driving License Administration Unit has received a positive response from the entire community and has been effective during its operation.
