Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan, serta ekspor neto sebelum dan selama penyebaran coronavirus disease (Covid-19) di Pulau Sumatera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementerian Keuangan. Uji statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor kesehatan, dan ekspor neto sebelum dan selama penyebaran Covid-19. Sedangkan pada pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan selama penyebaran Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Pendidikan, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Kesehatan, Ekspor Neto. This research aims to determine differences in investment, government expenditure in the education and health sectors, and net exports before and during the spread of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) on the island of Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance. The statistical test in this study used the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this research show that there are differences in investment, government spending in the health sector, and net exports before and during the spread of Covid-19. Meanwhile, there was no difference in government spending in the education sector before and during the spread of Covid-19.
