Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) adalah salah satu pilar utama demokrasi yang memungkinkan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses politik. Oleh karena itu, informasi dan edukasi yang tepat mengenai Pemilu sangat penting untuk memastikan partisipasi yang informatif dan partisipasi dari masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Wawancara dengan memberikan pertanyaan dengan Staf Humas Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan informasi pemilu dan pengguna media website untuk mendapatkan pandangan mereka tentang proses dan efektivitasnya. Serta observasi langsung yang dilakukan selama masa magang di Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung. Bawaslu berperan penting dalam menjaga integritas pemilu di Indonesia. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi masalah praktik politik uang, kampanye hitam, serta berbagai bentuk pelanggaran lainnya. Oleh karena itu, dalam menyampaikan dan mengelola informasi Bawaslu harus mengoptimalkan dengan efektif agar tetap profesional, independen, dan transparan dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap proses demokrasi di Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung telah berperan penting dalam penyebaran informasi Pemilu. Ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan dan interaksi di website Bawaslu, yang menunjukkan bahwa publikasi informasi Pemilu berhasil menarik perhatian masyarakat dan membantu mereka memahami proses Pemilu dengan lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Komunikasi, Partipasi Masyarakat, Pemilu, Bawaslu Lampung, General elections (elections) are one of the main pillars of democracy that allow people to participate in the political informative process. Therefore, proper information and education about the election is very important to ensure participation and participation from the public. The research method used was an interview by giving questions to the Public Relations Staff of the Lampung Provincial Bawaslu who were involved in the management of election information and website media users to get their views on the process and its effectiveness. As well as direct observations carried out during the internship period at the Bawaslu of Lampung Province. Bawaslu plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of elections in Indonesia. The challenges faced include the problem of money politics practices, black campaigns, and various other forms of violations. Therefore, in conveying and mana ging information, Bawaslu must optimize effectively so that it remains professional, independent, and transparent in carrying out its duties to increase public trust in the democratic process in Indonesia. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that communication management carried out by the Lampung Provincial Bawaslu has played an important role in the dissemination of election information. This is evidenced by the increasing number of visits and interactions on the Bawaslu website, which shows that the publication of election information has succeeded in attracting the attention of the public and helping them understand the election process better.
