Abstract
Residivis Narkotika merupakan pengulangan tindak pelanggaran hukum perkara narkotika dalam jangka waktu lima tahun. Penelitian ini hendak mengkaji tentang faktor penyebab timbulnya residivis narkotika yang ada di Rumah Tahanan Kelas I Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah satu orang pegawai Rumah Tahanan dan 10 orang Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan. Sumber data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor penyebab timbulnya residivis narkotika yaitu yang pertama Faktor Lingkungan Pergaulan, kedua Faktor Ekonomi, dan ketiga adalah Faktor Kebutuhan Pekerjaan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Residivis Narkotika merupakan tindak pengulangan pelanggaran hukum perkara narkotika, penyebab timbulnya residivis narkotika terbanyak adalah faktor lingkungan pergaulan. Kata kunci: Residivis, Narkotika, Rumah Tahanan. Narcotics recidivists are repeat offenders of narcotics cases within a period of five years. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause narcotics recidivism in the Class I Detention Cen ter of Bandar Lampung City. The research method used is Qualitative method with Phenomenology approach. The informants in this study amounted to one staff member of the Detention Center and 10 prisoners. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data sourced from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are three factors causing the emergence of narcotics recidivists, namely the first is the Social Environment Factor, the second is the Economic Factor, and the third is the Job Needs Factor. The conclusion of this research is that narcotics recidivism is an act of repeating violations of the law on narcotics cases, the cause of the emergence of most narcotics recidivists is social environmental factors.
