Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Proses pengajuan layanan administrasi kemahasiswaan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung memiliki beberapa kendala seperti terbatasnya akses, kurangnya efisiensi waktu, dan tingginya resiko kesalahan. Layanan administrasi kemahasiswaan berbasis web pada SIAKADU dapat menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut. Layanan tersebut terdiri dari layanan pengajuan Surat Keterangan Masih Kuliah, Surat Keterangan Aktif Kuliah, Surat Keterangan Tidak Menerima Beasiswa, dan Surat Rekomendasi Beasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari tahap Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Testing. Pengujian prototype melalui Maze dan iterasi desain dilakukan sebanyak dua kali untuk memperoleh hasil rancangan antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Nilai efektivitas yang diperoleh pada pengujian pertama sebesar 81,4% dan pada pengujian kedua sebesar 67,1%. Sedangkan nilai efisiensi pada kedua pengujian diperoleh sebesar 0,07 task/sec. Pengujian kepuasan dan pengalaman pengguna dilakukan dengan menerapkan System Usability Scale dan User Experience Questionnaire dengan hasil skor akhir SUS 96,5 yang masuk ke dalam grade A dengan tingkat penerimaan acceptable, serta nilai rata-rata dari skala daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan sebesar 1,88 yang masuk ke dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci: SIAKADU, UI/UX, Administrasi, Design Thinking, User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), System Usability Scale (SUS) The process of applying for student administration services at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung has several obstacles such as limited access, lack of time efficiency, and a high risk of errors. SIAKADU's web-based student administration services can be a solution to this problem. This service consists of a service for submitting a Certificate of Still Studying, a Certificate of Active Study, a Certificate of Not Receiving a Scholarship, and a Scholarship Recommendation Letter. The research uses the Design Thinking method which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing stages. Prototype testing through Maze and design iteration were carried out twice to obtain optimal interface design results and user experience. The effectiveness value obtained in the first test was 81.4% and in the second test it was 67.1%. Meanwhile, the efficiency value in both tests was obtained at 0.07 task/sec. User satisfaction and experience testing was carried out by applying the System Usability Scale and User Experience Questionnaire with a final SUS score of 96.5 which was included in grade A with an acceptable level of acceptance, as well as the average value of the scale of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty of 1.88 which is included in the good category.
