Abstrak (Berisi Bastraknya saja, Judul dan Nama Tidak Boleh di Masukan)
Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) dalam Meningkatkan civic virtue peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 01 Bumi Agung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMA Negeri 01 Bumi Agung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 responden yang terdiri dari 32 responden kelas eksperimen dan 32 responden kelas kontrol. Teknik penghitungan data menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Exel dan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bahwasanya terdapat perbedaan civic virtue peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran VCT (kelas eksperimen) dengan civic virtue peserta didik yang tidak menerapkan model pembelajaran VCT (kelas kontrol). Berdasarkan hasil observasi, peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan nilai sikap civic virtue sebesar 83,85% yang dalam kategori sangat baik, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan peserta didik yang mampu memenu hi indikator dari civic virtue yaitu civic disposition dan civic commitement. Model pembelajaran VCT mendorong peserta didik untuk mampu mengembangkan diri dan mengaktulisasikan diri dengan cara aktif mengemukakan pemikiran, gagasan dan pendapat dalam menanggapi suatu masalah dalam forum diskusi serta mengembangkan kemampuannya dalam berempati dengan orang lain apabila peserta didik memiliki pendapat yang berbeda dengannya. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran VCT, Civic Virtue The purpose of this researched is to determine the application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model in improving the civic virtue of class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Bumi Agung. The researched method used in this researched is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this researched were students at SMA Negeri 01 Bumi Agung. The sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents consisting of 32 experimental class respondents and 32 control class respondents. The data calculation technique uses Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 22. Based on the results of researched conducted by researchers, there are differences in the civic virtue of students who apply the VCT learning model (experimental class) and the civic virtue of students who do not apply the VCT learning model (control class). Based on the results of observations of student in the exprerimental class, they showed a civic virtue attitude of 83,85% wich was in the very good categoty, this was proven by students who were able to fulfill the civic virtue inidcatord, namely civic disposition and civic commitment. The VCT learning model encourages students to be able to develop themselves and actualize themselves by actively expressing thoughts, ideas and opinions in response to a problem in discussion forums and developing their ability to empathize with other people if students have opinions that differ from theirs.
