Abstract
Sampel Na2FeSiO4 doping nikel berhasil disintesis menggunakan metode sol-gel dari prekursor NaOH, Fe(NO3.9H2O, C6H8O7.H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O dan silika sekam padi Sampel disinter pada suhu 500 C dengan waktu tahan selam 10 jam. Untuk mengidentifikasi struktur dan sifat listrik, sampel dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD dan Uv-Vis. Analisis XRD menunjukkan fasa kristalin Na2FeSiO4 mengalami peningkatan komposisi fasa,sebesar 34,04 (%wt); 39,469(%wt);42,73(%wt); 43,74(%wt) dengan bertambahnya komposisi nikel. Selain itu, analisis XRD juga menunjukkan kemunculan fasa pengotor, seperti FeSiO3 dan SiO2. Analisis Uv-Vis menunjukkan energi band gap mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,89 eV; 1,89 eV; 1,87 eV; 1,83 eV dengan bertambahnya komposis nikel. Kata kunci: Energi band gap, Uv-Vis , Na2FeSiO4, silika sekam padi, struktur kristal. Na2FeSiO4 sample with nickel doping was successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method from the precursors NaOH, Fe(NO3.9H2O, C6H8O7.H2O, Ni(CH3COO)2.4H2O and rice husk silica. The sample was sintered at a temperature of 500°C with a holding time of 10 hours. To identify the structure and electrical properties, the samples were characterized using XRD and Uv-Vis. 43.74(%wt) with increasing nickel composition. Apart from that, XRD analysis also shows the appearance of impurity phases, such as FeSiO3 and SiO2. Uv-Vis analysis shows that the band gap energy has decreased by 1,89 eV; 1,89 eV; 1,87 eV; 1,83 eV with increasing nickel composition.
