Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kalirejo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh model discovery learning berbantu media manipulatif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu non equivalent control group desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknis tes berupa soal essay. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji t-tes. Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel dan hasil uji t menunjukan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh model discovery learning berbantu media manipulatif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Kalirejo. Kata kunci: berpikir kritis matematis, discovery learning, media manipulatif. The problem in this research is the low critical mathematical thinking ability of class V students at SD Negen 1 Kalirejo. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of the discovery learning model assisted by manipulative media on students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental approach. The research design used was a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was 61 students. The research sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a technical test in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and t-test. The results of the simple regression test show Fcount is greater than Ftable and t-test show tcount is greater ttable. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the discovery learning model assisted by manipulative media on the mathematical critical thinking abilities of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Kalirejo.
